Our COVID-19 Procedures
Dear Patients,
We wanted to reach out to you with some important and timely updates at the Cleveland Smile Center.
First, we simply want to say ‘THANK YOU’ for being an important part of our family, our practice and our community. We know that you have a choice when it comes to your healthcare and we are honored that you have chosen us as your dental provider. Of course, we are now open and we’re here to serve you!
Next, we want to inform you that we are taking all precautions outlined by the Center for Disease Control and the Department of Health to ensure that our team is able to safely provide dental care for all of our patients.
Additional Safety Procedures
Although we have always utilized safe standards, long before COVID-19, we have now added the following to our protocol:
- Limiting the number of people in reception area
- Taking temperatures of every employee when they arrive for work
- Taking temperatures of every patient upon arriving for their appointment
- Limiting the number of accompanying family or friends into our treatment areas
We understand that some of you may still have concerns, as we all do, about leaving your homes and some of you may even fall into the high-risk category. We will be here for you when you’re ready to “restart” your dental care.
If you find yourself in a situation where waiting for care is no longer an option, please reach out to us so that we can find a solution to get you the care you need!
Safety Education
Finally, we were very active with our time during the pandemic. The Doctors and the Smile Team have been taking numerous educational courses which will serve to enhance your dental experience including: Invisalign, Dental Implants, and Botox.
We have also created a digital platform where patients can experience a one-on-one Zoom Smile Consultation to discuss treatment options, goals, and costs. Our Virtual Smile Consults are complimentary and allow you to ask questions via Zoom Video in the comfort of your own home.
We can’t wait to see your smiling faces back in the office soon! Should you be unable to attend your scheduled appointment, remember to notify our offices. Following the return to our normal business hours, we have seen a higher volume of patient traffic for those needing dental appointments. We encourage you to call to reserve your appointment today.
Don’t let you or your family go without proper routine dental care.
Thank you again for your trust in our practice. Stay Safe – Stay Healthy – And Keep Smiling!!!
Dr. Sam Glick, Dr. Daniel Glick, and the entire Cleveland Smile Center Team
