Jess
Director of Operations
With over 20+ years in the dental field, Jess has dedicated her professional career to not only stay apprised of the advancements in dentistry but is a passionate advocate for her patients. Through close relationships with her patients and their needs as well as goals, she works diligently to ensure their desires are obtained. Jess prides herself on her abilities to assist patients with all aspects of their dental growth and concerns.
When not assisting patients, you can find her running one of her five children from her blended family, Evan, Nicole, Clayton, Chloe and Maximus, to various practices and events. She enjoys spending her free time simply enjoying life.
Jess participates with her local community serving as treasurer for a local non-profit, and as a volunteer youth cheer coach. She enjoys all outdoor activities and loves to bake delectable desserts as well as to experiment with new recipes to make healthy foods that taste great!
Eileen
Accounts Specialist
Eileen is from northeast Pennsylvania. She moved to Ohio in 2018 where she began her career in the dental field. She compassionate and caring, and makes it her goal to help patients feel like family, not just a number.
Outside of the office, Eileen likes to hike, fish and just be in nature. She enjoys road trips, exploring the rest of Ohio, and anywhere that there is something unique to see. You will always see her with her camera as she enjoys taking pictures, candidly of course, of her boyfriend, family and friends.

Erin
Dental Hygienist – Aurora
Erin graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Cuyahoga Community College in 2007. Always caring and compassionate, Erin makes it her priority to educate our patients about periodontal (gum) disease. She especially enjoys helping patients achieve the beautiful smiles that they deserve.
She excels at her ability to provide amazing dental care to patients of all ages – making the dental experience comfortable and painless for kids, parents, and grandparents.
In spare time, she enjoys fitness and working out. Most of all, Erin loves being a mom to two of the greatest kids in the world, Tori and Val.
Courtney
Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary – Aurora
Courtney graduated from Fortis College in 2012 for Dental Assisting. She enjoyes educating the patients so much she went back to school to become an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). Graduating from Stark State College in 2018 from the EFDA program, Courtney continues to put a smile on patients’ faces with her expertise in placing fillings.
Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys spending time with her future husband Zack and Daughters Ella and Lilly. They all enjoy spending time with all their two dogs, Jack and Jill.
Courtney also enjoys photography, crafting, shopping, working out at the gym and exploring the outdoors.
LaToya
Front Desk – Aurora
LaToya was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. LaToya graduated from Remington College in 2015 and has since worked in the dental field. LaToya’s goal is to make patients feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment they walk into the dental office.
In her free time LaToya enjoys being a sports mom to her son Dylan, watching movies, traveling, and being with her family and her dog, Champ!
Nikki
Dental Assistant – Aurora
Nikki joined the Cleveland Smile Center family in 2023 after completing her high school internship program. She started by learning the nuances of the administrative side of dentistry as well as the complexities of dental insurance. Nikki has since transitioned to treating patients as a dental assistant. She enjoys interacting with patients and learning the wide variety of dental procedures that we provide.
Nikki is no stranger to dentistry and actually has more hands-on experience than most. She comes from a long lineage of dental professionals including her mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great aunt. Nikki ultimately plans to continue her education to become a dental hygienist before advancing to medical school.
Rachel
Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary – Aurora
Rachel has worked in the dental field since 2002, both as a dental assistant and front desk. She graduated from Case Western Reserve in 2016 with her degree as an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). Rachel loves restoring teeth with fillings while also helping keep patients comfortable and happy with their dental experience.
In her spare time, Rachel loves to be outdoors and spend quality time with her family.
Tomeka
Front Desk – Aurora
With 25 years of experience in the dental field, Tomeka is passionate about helping patients rediscover their smiles and regain confidence in their oral health. She takes pride in driving efficiency and enhancing processes to improve patient care and office operations. Her dedication to patient satisfaction and commitment to excellence have been the foundation of her career.
In her free time, she enjoys reading autobiographical books and keeping up with the latest television shows.

Valerie
Front Desk – Cuyahoga Falls
Born and raised in Rootstown, OH, Valerie graduated dental assisting school at Fortis College in 2011. She now has over a decade of experience in the dental field working both clinically as an assistant and administratively as an office manager. Her goal is is to make patients feel welcomed with open arms and communication to help them with their dental needs. Valerie prides herself on helping people feel at ease when they come to the dentist by making them feel like they a part of her own family.
Outside of work Valerie enjoys quality time with her loving husband, their two beautiful kids Conor and Caleb, and their 2 dogs and 1 cat. Valerie loves trying new restaurants, sports activities, cleaning, and surprises.
Eric
Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary – Cuyahoga Falls
Eric was born and raised in Akron Ohio, growing up the North Hill Neighborhood. Today he and his wife Melanie proudly call Cuyahoga Falls their home. They have 3 daughters (Olivia, Paris, and Brynlee), 2 cats (Pirate and Grey), and a dog (Lady).
Eric has been working in the dental field since 2005. He attended the Cleveland Institute of Medical and Dental Assisting in Mentor Ohio, for training in Dental Assisting. He later earned his EFDA degree from Stark State Community College. Eric has experience in all facets of the delta field including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. Dentistry is truly his passion! He takes pride in his work, and sets out to be an example of a fine dental professional.
When not working in dentistry, Eric enjoys being with family & friends. He also likes supporting local businesses, by enjoying the many shops, restaurants, and activities we have in Cuyahoga Falls. Eric also enjoys watching and playing many sports, including being an avid golfer.
Kari
Hygienist – Cuyahoga Falls
Kari entered the dental field in 2009, where she began working in the front office. She later graduated from Stark State College with her Associates of Applied Science for Dental Hygiene in 2016. As a dental hygienist, she loves helping her patients feel comfortable and happy with their smiles!
Kari has two daughters and two dogs that she enjoys spending free time with. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and going to parks. Kari loves to run and completed her first marathon in 2023. She also enjoys all Cleveland sports, and loves going to Cavs, Browns and, Guardians games.
Jordyn
Hygienist – Cuyahoga Falls
Jordyn graduated from Lake High School in 2011. She completed a 2 year Health Tech Program that included sports medicine, physical therapy, nursing, pharmacology, and of course her favorite – dentistry!
Jordyn earned her Dental Hygiene Associate of Applied Science at Stark State College with the class of 2017. Her senior year, Jordyn was nominated Stark State Student Delegate for ODHA at Cherry Valley.
Jordyn is married to her best friend, Matt and they have a 2 year old daughter named Wren. They have remodeled 2 homes together and now reside in Mogadore!
Ali
Hygienist – Cuyahoga Falls
Ali grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio for most of his life. He received his Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Stark State College in 2023. While at work, he loves interacting with patients and building a bond, while also teaching them about the importance of their oral health and how to take excellent care of their teeth.
Some of his hobbies include walking in parks with friends and enjoying nature, watching Cleveland sports, playing soccer, trying out different restaurants, and working on cars.
Chelsea
Front Desk – Cuyahoga Falls
Chelsea was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. She started her dental/customer service journey in 2020 while working in the dental insurance field.
When Chelsea is not at work, she loves spending time with her daughter and her kitty, going to the park, hiking and camping with her family. Cooking is her way of showing love and appreciation for others.
Danielle
Dental Assistant – Cuyahoga Falls
Danielle was born and raised in mid-Ohio and began her assisting career in 2023. As a dental assistant, she loves taking x-rays and assisting with oral surgery.
In her free time, Danielle’s hobbies are cooking, baking, art and anything that allows her to be creative. She also enjoys going on walks in nice parks and beaches with her boyfriend.
Rebecca
Dental Assistant – Cuyahoga Falls
Rebecca grew up in a small town in Farmdale, OH and recently moved to Akron in 2023 where she has two beautiful kids, Jaydin & Liam, two dogs, Nonnie & Blue, one cat, Oliver, and a wonderful fiancée, Justin. They are getting married October 2025!
Rebecca graduated from the Choffin School of Accredited Dental Assisting in Youngstown in 2018! She has many years of experience in the dental field and is always eager to learn more. Rebecca decided she wants to go back to school to become an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). This additional degree will allow her to be more hands on with helping her patients. Rebecca loves making her patients feel comfortable at the dental office with her wonderful personality.
Rebecca loves spending time with her friends and family outside of work. She also loves traveling, going to the beach, and cheering on her kids at sporting events. Rebecca loves exploring new places and trying new foods. Her favorite food is seafood.
Ragan
Front Desk – Cuyahoga Falls
Ragan was born and raised in Kent, Ohio where she currently lives. She graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School, where she attended the vocational program for Health Science Technologies allowing her to learn the basics of dentistry and nursing. Ragan later attended Stark State College for her undergraduate studies in Applied Science in Nursing. Ragan started her career in the dental field as an orthodontic assistant, then moving into a surgical assistant position. She also worked as a patient care nurse assistant for University Hospitals in the intensive care unit, stepdown unit and cardiology. Most recently, Ragan obtained her STNA in 2023.
When not at work, she loves spending time with her 6 children, 5 boys and 1 girl. Tyler, CJ, Jesse, Trevor, Braden and Lana. She also has 5 Rottweilers: Zeus, Xena, Remi, Nyx, Chopper and Cocoa. Ragan loves to cook, fish, garden, boat, camp, swim and being outdoors.

Nikki
Front Desk – Westlake
Nikki grew up in Brunswick, Ohio where she spent most of her life. She now resides in LaGrange with her 2 daughters, dog, cat, and 2 guinea pigs.
In her free time you’ll probably find her gardening, redecorating, or putting something together. Every year Nikki and her daughters attend the Cleveland Guardian’s Home Opener. She is also very passionate about cooking and baking! Her dream was always to have a cafe or bakery of her own – maybe someday!
Corliss
Hygienist – Westlake
Corliss graduated with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Lorain County Community College. She also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Kent State University.
She enjoys connecting with her patients and educating them regarding their overall health as well as their oral health. She believes that a smile is the cheapest and easiest way to make a difference in someone’s day.
In her spare time, Corliss enjoys flower and vegetable gardening, home projects, line dancing and spending time with her family.

Marnie
Dental Assistant – Bedford / Oakwood Village
Marnie has worked in the dental field as Certified Dental Assistant for over 30 years. She worked for Dr. Steven Cole prior to his retirement transition and has since continued to work for Cleveland Smile Center in that same office location!
Marnie is passionate about helping to build beautiful smiles. She takes pride in providing our patients with gentle care and the compassion they need to feel comfortable in the dental chair.
During her free time Marnie enjoys gardening, cooking, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Ashley
Front Desk – Bedford / Oakwood Village
Meet Ashley who embarked on her dental receptionist journey in 2020. With a passion for customer service honed over many years, Ashley has flourished in her role, embracing the fascinating world of dentistry with eagerness and dedication.
When not busy caring for patients, Ashley loves going to the gym and exploring nature’s beauty on hikes with loved ones. A football fan at heart, she cherishes game days with her three adorable kitties. Whether at the office or at home, Ashley’s warmth and zest for life shine through in everything she does.
