Jaxson’s Smile Transformation

At just 6 years old, Jaxson came in with his parents for a consultation regarding his underbite. After discussing his concerns, we discovered that he was clenching and grinding his teeth, sleeping poorly, and even snoring throughout the night.

His underdeveloped jaws and underbite had resulted in severe breathing issues and a narrow airway. Using an orthodontic palate expander, we were able to gently and gradually widen Jaxson’s jaw, open his bite, and improve his airway. Jaxson’s mom said that he can finally sleep through the night without difficulty and is no longer grinding his teeth!

Additionally, Jaxson’s mouth will have enough space to accommodate the eruption of his adult teeth as they grow in the future.
